8" Wafer 전용 1 Cassettes를 Loader에서 전면 Robot을 이용하여 Cassette를 Chucking 후 자동으로 이동하면서 Recipe에 설정 된 내용에 따라 Chemical Bath, DIW Rinse Bath (QDR Bath), Dryer 공정을 진행하는 일괄처리식 (Batch type) 설비.
