12" Wafer 전용 Foup을 Loading 하여 Reverse를 이용하여 Wafer를 전면 Robot이 Chucking 할 수 있도록 방향을 변경한 후 자동으로 이동하면서 Recipe에 설정 된 내용에 따라 Chemical Bath, DIW Rinse Bath (QDR Bath), Dryer 공정을 진행하는 일괄처리식 (Batch type) 설비.
